As a visionary inventor, our founder, Alicia Kali has repeatedly been a pioneer, often ahead of her time, innovating, streamlining, creating efficiency, doing the impossible is simply her way of being. So when Panacea was born, she sought to have a company that served in a charitable way as well as in a profitable way. And we still think this way in our vision today. The business filings for a "social enterprise" were not yet invented.  

Note: A social enterprise is a for profit business that is also a non-profit endeavor serving those in need free of charge.  

As a result, Panacea and Purpose DRVN were both born, becoming both a for profit business and a non-profit (501c3) entity from the very beginning.

Purpose DRVN has won numerous awards in various areas, and has successfully served toddlers to the elderly free of charge who were suffering from:

As Panacea has expanded to a global reach, Purpose DRVN has also evolved, embracing a broader spectrum of capabilities pushing the needle for health of humanity. We have our goals set to change the trajectory of human health in just 5 years. As a result, we actively pursue and engage in major alignments with world leaders and visionary organizations whose global impact also seeks to deliver our collective ambitious goals.

Our current focus Includes:

• Recovering the brains of those formerly starving.
• Helping children's health with specific focus, on moods, stress management and learning.
• Impacting brain chemistry to avert radical behavior in areas at risk and aid in recovery of those in war torn countries.
